Service Policy:​

• Appointments must be made 24 hours in advance.

• Lash appointmets must be attended with a fresh face free of make up or oils (extra preperation may result in cleaning fees)

• 10mins+ late to your appointment, a $10 late fee will be added to the total of your service!

• 20 mins+ your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to reschedule! (contact me , If im able to service you there will be a fee)

• If you have to cancel your appointment, please contact me 24 hours before your appointment!

• Failure to contact me atleast 24 hours before your appointment will result in a loss of your deposit

• After hours/last minute appts avalible by request! 

• After a lash extension appointment some fallout is normal anything seemingly excessive please contact me and I’ll gladly fix it within the first 48 hours after your appointment (after 48 hours it is less likey that fallout is due to my materials or technique)

• Lash sets over 2.5 weeks are not considered fills (remaining lashes are unlikey to be properly adhered)

• Fills are only accepted with 50% or more of extensions remaining  

• No foreign fills ( I do not prefer to mix ingredients of adhesives from your previous lash technician)

• $15 non refundable deposit (towards service) due at time of booking!

• Deposits can be used one additional time to reschedule (If notified 24 hours in advance)

• **NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY IN FULL IN ORDER TO RE-BOOK**
